We may share your information with: licensed Credit Reference Bureaus (CRB); the Bank of Zambia and other regulators where required; insurance providers for credit life cover; your employer where a payroll-deduction arrangement applies; and service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and our regulatory obligations.
